WE LOVE GROWING NEW E-COM BRANDS

New Ecom Brand Strategy.png

There are few things that excite us as much as successfully launching a new E-commerce brand.

As you might expect, its not as simple as “if you build it, they will come.”

First…you must have clarity on who “they” are! And who you are! And who your competitors are.

In addition to this, you need to know where your key opportunities lie, the tactics needed to execute on these opportunities, and a long-term strategic plan to implement.

Success in E-commerce does not happen overnight. It is the result of careful research, planning, strong long-term partnerships, and careful, methodical execution.

START WITH A STRONG FOUNDATION

Your brand’s digital foundation is everything. You wouldn’t build a skyscraper without first creating a massively strong and fortified foundation. Similarly, a tree without strong, deep roots does not grow to be the tallest tree in the forest. Everybody sees the branches, but nobody sees how strong the roots are, and how deep they go.

Too often, we see eager and optimistic new brands run full steam ahead right out of the gate, ready for the future, ready to crush it. Interesting and enticing opportunities await them at every turn, and they throw money at every sexy marketing service and software product that promises to grow their business.

We love the enthusiasm! The problem with it: in most cases, these brands have not yet done the work to find out who they. They don’t have a planned roadmap or trajectory (aside from the very ambiguous “up”) and so they have no way of knowing or understanding how to most effectively direct their efforts and resources in a way that gets them to where they want to go in the right timeframe.

BUILD THE SALES MACHINE

Once you have complete clarity on who you are and the unique opportunities available to you, the next step is to build the machine and execute. This step looks a little bit different for every brand, depending on a number of factors such as: Your Industry Niche, Your Target Market, Your Profit Margin & Average Order Value, the current resources available to you, as well as a number of other factors.

When all these variables have been accounted for and you have a complete picture of how your brand fits into the digital landscape, you are ready to create your marketing asset, and launch your brand to the world.

Wylde Brigade works with artisan partners in Ecuador and Bali to bring you the highest quality and specially designed goods, using responsible production methods  Products include blankets, pillows, hats, and candles.

Why: Wylde Brigade approached Mindful Marketing many months before they were ready to launch, because they understood the importance of preparation and strategy before a new brand launch. Mindful Marketing had performing a marketing audit on a previous brand of theirs and had identified numerous opportunities of growth.

What We Did:

  1. Before anything, we ensured that Wylde Brigade’s margins and product costs allowed us to be successful on our chosen platform (Facebook) based on industry benchmarks and our track record of results.

  2. We then made sure we had complete clarity on Wylde Brigade’s target market: Who they are, Where they are, What they believe, and What they are interested in.

  3. Next, we crafted offers that would resonate with these key demographics, and wrote ad copy that spoke deeply to these people. This was combined with ad creative provided by Wylde Brigade that we had identified to be most likely to perform well on Facebook.

  4. We combined all of our research, expertise and assets into our Mindful Marketing Ecommerce Framework, building out a comprehensive high-performance ecommerce account structure.

  5. Finally, we spent multiple hours per day on the account, tracking high performers and eliminating waste.

The Results in The First 30 Days:

  • 215 New Customers.

  • 10X Return On Ad Spend

  • A Viable, Scalable, Growing Business
